Well, another year is upon us, let’s make it a great year for the Car Club!

Club Noteworthy News/Outings-Please Read:

2024 SCC Dues of $20 annually, were due in September 2023. If you have not paid your dues, please pay at January meeting to Mike Brown, or mail to Star City Cruisers, PO Box 271, Blue Ridge, VA 24064.
Had a great turnout for our trip Oct 22 to the Pink Cadillac Restaurant. Thanks to those that participated!
Good turnout for the outing to Liberty Station Restaurant on Dec 2. Good food and fellowship!
Thanks to all that joined us for the SCC Christmas Party on Dec 9. Alot of fun with Dirty Santa and delicious food. A good time was had by all!

Veterans Christmas presents donated by the club members, purchase of 23 electric razors and other stocking stuffers were delivered to Jade Fillinger in early December for the veterans to enjoy for Christmas! Brenda has the listing of each promised donation of $30 per veteran, Brenda will collect these funds at the January meeting. If you will not be at the Jan meeting to pay; or need to have a nudge as to how many veterans you promised to support; or wasn’t at the October meeting but want to donate, please call Brenda 540-798-1972 for help.

Club Information:
- Car Show Committee to begin meeting January 18, 6:30 p.m. at Smokey Joes, Vinton (group room) for 2024 Car Show preparations.
If you know of a club member that is in the hospital or has a death in immediate family, please let Mike know.
If you know someone that is sick, please let Linda know and she will send a card to them from the club wishing them a speedy recovery and to let them know we are thinking/praying for them.
